If they have the appropriate working certification for your employment, there are immigrant government laws that prohibit you from discriminating against a potential worker. Violations of the immigrant employment government laws are performed when an employer declines to hire a perspective worker because of their citizenship, immigration status, or work authorization. The government law is also violated if a person is fired for this very reason alone.
